Women’s resilience – A catalyst for Transforming the Professional World

On October 14th, Women in Travel Retail+, in collaboration with Genève Aéroport and Lagardère Travel Retail, proudly hosted its first-ever conference in Geneva — an evening dedicated to exploring female resilience as a driver of transformation in the travel retail industry.
More than sixty women leaders and professionals from across the sector gathered to share experiences, ideas, and inspiration during this vibrant and empowering event.
The discussion panel featured exceptional speakers — Noelle Goris (La Prairie / Beiersdorf Luxury), Charlotte Delmas (Lagardère Travel Retail Group), Sarah Gamblin (Association Découvrir) and Susanna Swann (Genève Aéroport) — who explored how resilience, diversity, and confidence can reshape leadership, strengthen collaboration, and elevate performance in our industry.
