Julie Lassaigne became Secretary General of ETRC, the trade association representing the European Duty Free and Travel Retail channel, in February 2019. In this role, she manages and represents the organisation both externally and towards its members. Julie first joined ETRC in 2013 where she was responsible for managing some of the key challenges affecting the duty free and travel retail sector including product information to consumers, taxation, health and transport issues. Prior to joining ETRC, Julie gained extensive experience working for public affairs consultancies in Brussels. A French national, Julie holds a double Master degree in Governance of Organisations and Public Affairs & Representation of Interests from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Bordeaux.

Anna Somogyi has 20+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and strategy. She challenges the status quo to generate value for consumers and the industry. With a data-driven, consumer-first mindset, she seamlessly switches between strategy and execution. Anna led the launch of Mondelez WTR’s Category Vision, which unlocked the category’s power to invite unplanned store visits.

Phrederika is lucky to have enjoyed a career in five countries across financial and international organisations, super-tanker shipping, inner-city regeneration, scuba diving tourism, and roadside and travel retail. She has had the privilege to work with some truly incredible leaders. Never phased by a challenge, she has always been first to raise her hand to new opportunities, push boundaries, and take an innovative approach, always bringing whatever she learned to the next level. Travel Retail has been the perfect culmination of her passions and her past endeavours, and she is both honoured and proud of the projects realised with her colleagues and partners.

Farah Barhorst is a seasoned cruise line executive, known for delivering industry-first results at Holland America Line and Seabourn. Farah’s entrepreneurial approach has driven first-to-sea brand partnerships and innovative programs generating measurable impact, including the first-ever Escape with Effy full ship charter — a record-breaking revenue achievement now emulated across Carnival Corporation. Her leadership has earned the President’s Leadership Award, given to just one in 11,000 employees, recognition in Seatrade’s 20 Under 40 as well as being Highly Commended in DFNI’s 2026 Inspirational Woman award.

Natasha-Leanne is a results-driven Logistics Director with extensive experience, previously in retail operations. She specialises in driving operational excellence, capacity optimisation, and process improvement across complex environments. Natasha-Leanne has a strong track record of delivering strategic initiatives, including infrastructure expansion and system enhancements, to support business growth and efficiency.

Selena Morris is the Founder & Creative Director of alt*ego, a luxury performance eyewear brand redefining sports sunglasses and ski goggles by combining style, technical performance and self-expression. Since launching in 2023, the brand has achieved rapid international traction, securing premium retail partnerships including Harrods and Qatar Duty Free, alongside placements within leading alpine destinations and sporting events. As an early-stage founder, Selena has led every aspect of the business — from product development and manufacturing partnerships to brand building, retail growth and international expansion.

Katie has spent most of her career in travel retail, working across BAA Airports, World Duty Free and now Harding+. Throughout that time, she has focused on understanding customer behaviour and using insight to shape action - from retail strategy and communications to activations, product offers and engagement experiences that create real “wow” moments for passengers. She is passionate about working with brands to develop distinctive, experience-led retail concepts that feel relevant, memorable and commercially impactful within the travel environment.

Jacqueline Lampert is the Founder and Creative Director of PeppaRose, a destination-inspired luxury scarf brand created exclusively for global travel retail. Designed in her Colorado studio and produced in Italy and Nepal, PeppaRose combines hand-drawn artwork, storytelling, and craftsmanship to create collectible silk and cashmere accessories inspired by the world’s most beautiful destinations.
Since launching just two years ago within cruise retail, PeppaRose has grown from a unique concept into a independant brand carried onboard leading premium and luxury cruise lines including Seabourn, Regent Seven Seas, Oceania, Cunard, Princess, and Viking. Jacqueline is passionate about travel, art, and creating meaningful retail experiences that connect guests to the spirit of the journey.

Ceren Tonguç graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Civil Engineering in 2000. She started her professional career at Procter and Gamble. She held management positions at both the P&G Turkey office and the Cincinnati (USA) office, where P&G's headquarters are located, for 22 years. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Commercial Operations for P&G Turkey and Central Asia. As of February 2023, she transitioned to the travel retail sector and joined Unifree Duty Free. Ceren Tonguç continues her role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Natalia Rolle-Phillips is the Director, People & Culture for Heinemann Americas Inc., where she leads the regional people strategy across corporate and shipboard retail teams. With more than a decade of experience in the People & Culture field, she partners closely with executive leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, and operational readiness.
