Katie has spent most of her career in travel retail, working across BAA Airports, World Duty Free and now Harding+. Throughout that time, she has focused on understanding customer behaviour and using insight to shape action - from retail strategy and communications to activations, product offers and engagement experiences that create real “wow” moments for passengers. She is passionate about working with brands to develop distinctive, experience-led retail concepts that feel relevant, memorable and commercially impactful within the travel environment.

Jacqueline Lampert is the Founder and Creative Director of PeppaRose, a destination-inspired luxury scarf brand created exclusively for global travel retail. Designed in her Colorado studio and produced in Italy and Nepal, PeppaRose combines hand-drawn artwork, storytelling, and craftsmanship to create collectible silk and cashmere accessories inspired by the world’s most beautiful destinations.
Since launching just two years ago within cruise retail, PeppaRose has grown from a unique concept into a independant brand carried onboard leading premium and luxury cruise lines including Seabourn, Regent Seven Seas, Oceania, Cunard, Princess, and Viking. Jacqueline is passionate about travel, art, and creating meaningful retail experiences that connect guests to the spirit of the journey.

Ceren Tonguç, Chief Commercial Officer, Unifree Duty Free

Ceren Tonguç graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Civil Engineering in 2000. She started her professional career at Procter and Gamble. She held management positions at both the P&G Turkey office and the Cincinnati (USA) office, where P&G's headquarters are located, for 22 years. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Commercial Operations for P&G Turkey and Central Asia. As of February 2023, she transitioned to the travel retail sector and joined Unifree Duty Free. Ceren Tonguç continues her role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
